Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, 1 teaspoon dried sage, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well until just combined.
