- 1 large round loaf of crusty bread
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops), cooked and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a sturdy shell. Reserve the removed bread for dipping.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked seafood, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.

- Wrap the bread bowl tightly in aluminum foil.
