Ingredients

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add the peeled and deveined prawns to the bowl. Toss them in the mixture until they are well coated.
  5. Place the prawns in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the prawns evenly.
  7. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
