Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter and cream cheese. Beat until creamy and well blended.
  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar to the butter and cream cheese mixture, continuing to beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each addition. Make sure the mixture is well combined.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly for even flavor distribution.
  6. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
