Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter and cream cheese. Beat until creamy and well blended.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar to the butter and cream cheese mixture, continuing to beat until light and fluffy.
- Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each addition. Make sure the mixture is well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix thoroughly for even flavor distribution.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
