- 150g Greek Yogurt

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, crumble about 200g of Scharfer Schafskaese.
- Stir in 150g of Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of chili flakes, and juice from half a lemon. Stir well to combine.
- Taste your dip and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Finely chop a handful of fresh herbs and fold them into the mixture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
