  • 150g Greek Yogurt

  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Fresh Herbs (like parsley or dill)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, crumble about 200g of Scharfer Schafskaese.
  2. Stir in 150g of Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of chili flakes, and juice from half a lemon. Stir well to combine.
  4. Taste your dip and add salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Finely chop a handful of fresh herbs and fold them into the mixture.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
