Ingredients

  • Flatbread (store-bought naan or pita)
  • Ribeye steak (or flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced)
  • Sweet onions (sliced)
  • Bell peppers (sliced, any color)
  • Provolone cheese (or a combination of mozzarella and cheddar)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the thinly sliced steak. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the steak is browned but still tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed, then toss in the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft and caramelized.
  4. On a baking sheet, place your flatbread. Layer it with a generous amount of the sautéed onions and peppers, followed by the cooked steak. Finally, sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Slice it into pieces and serve hot!
