  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and broth, bringing to a simmer. Add lemon juice and zest.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
