A delicious blend of marinated flank steak served over rice with a creamy, spicy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Add steak, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Grill marinated steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Let rest, then slice.
- Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and honey in a bowl for the sauce.
- Assemble bowls with rice, steak, green onions, and drizzle with sauce. Top with sesame seeds.
