Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Cornish hens in the mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
- Place the hens on the grill breast-side down for 15 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F before removing from the grill. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
