- 1 package (12 oz) frozen potstickers (chicken, pork, or vegetable)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Cook the potstickers: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the frozen potstickers and cook according to package directions until golden brown and crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Stir-fry the vegetables: Add a little more oil to the skillet if needed. Add broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add aromatics: Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Combine and sauce: Return the cooked potstickers to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over everything. Stir gently to coat the potstickers and vegetables in the sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve: Serve the irresistible potsticker stir fry immediately.
