  • 1 package (12 oz) frozen potstickers (chicken, pork, or vegetable)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Cook the potstickers: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the frozen potstickers and cook according to package directions until golden brown and crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry the vegetables: Add a little more oil to the skillet if needed. Add broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add aromatics: Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Combine and sauce: Return the cooked potstickers to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over everything. Stir gently to coat the potstickers and vegetables in the sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Serve: Serve the irresistible potsticker stir fry immediately.

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
