  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped jalapenos until evenly distributed.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, and egg.
