Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda.
  2. Add the sourdough starter and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Fold in the cranberries and goat cheese.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in an oiled bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1-2 hours.

  8. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
