Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda.
- Add the sourdough starter and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the cranberries and goat cheese.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a round loaf.
- Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
