Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the puff pastry into 16 equal squares.
- Place one piece of brie cheese in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Top each brie piece with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Carefully bring the corners of the puff pastry squares up and pinch them together at the top to seal, forming a bomb shape. Ensure the cranberry brie bombs are well sealed to prevent filling from leaking.
- Arrange the cranberry brie bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the cranberry brie bombs with the beaten egg wash.
- Sprinkle the turbinado sugar over the tops of the cranberry brie bombs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cranberry brie bombs are golden brown and puffed.
- Let the cranberry brie bombs cool slightly before serving.
