Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, cocoa powder, and shredded coconut until well combined.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract; stir until sticky.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips evenly.
