Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into a lined baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until well blended.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips and cherries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 35-40 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours before slicing.
