  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice preference)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Ensure your shrimp are completely thawed, peeled, and deveined.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, taking care not to burn the garlic.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.
  5. Using tongs, flip the shrimp over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are pink and opaque.
  6. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the cooked shrimp, stirring to combine flavors.
