Description

Flourless Almond Butter Protein Brownies are a decadent and fudgy treat that satisfy your chocolate cravings while keeping your health goals in check.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Natural Creamy Almond Butter
  • 1 cup Protein Powder (chocolate-flavored or vanilla)
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, lightly greased.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy natural almond butter, maple syrup (or honey), eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, and baking soda to the wet mixture.
  4. Gently fold and mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. If using, fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
  6. Spoon the thick brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for moist crumbs on a toothpick inserted into the center.
  8. Once baked, let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing.
