  2. Make the Simple Syrup: If you’re making your own simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
  3. Juice the Limes: Squeeze enough limes to get about 1 ounce of fresh lime juice. This is crucial for that fresh taste.
