Ground Turkey Zucchini Skillet is a delicious and healthy one-pan meal that combines lean ground turkey with tender zucchini and colorful bell peppers.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium zucchinis, diced
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (any color)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: chop onion, garlic, zucchini, and bell peppers into small pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Push veggies to one side and add ground turkey to the other side. Cook until browned, around 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and diced zucchini; cook until zucchini is tender but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning; mix well.
- If using cheese, sprinkle it on top and cover briefly until melted—about 1-2 minutes.
