  • Pepperoncini peppers
  • Heavy cream

  • Fresh minced garlic

  • Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another drizzle of olive oil if needed. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it!
  4. Stir in the pepperoncini peppers and cook for an additional minute, allowing them to soften slightly.
