Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and celery. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey mixture, stale bread cubes, and dried cranberries.
- Pour in chicken broth and beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form the mixture into 1.5-inch cranberry turkey stuffing balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
