Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip: Spicy & Creamy Delight!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or grilled)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar and mozzarella blend)
  • Additional shredded cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Fold in about half of the shredded cheese into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the dip.
  6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
