Description

Enjoy the iconic flavors of a Big Mac in a quick and fun wrap format. Perfect for lunch or dinner, these wraps are easy to make and delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • Large tortilla wraps (flour, whole wheat, or spinach)
  • American cheese (or cheddar or pepper jack)
  • Dill pickles (or sweet pickles)
  • Shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce (or spinach)
  • Finely diced yellow onion (or red onion)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef. Break it up with a spatula and cook until fully browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Season the beef with salt and pepper. You can also add garlic powder and onion powder for extra flavor.
  3. While the beef is cooking, mix together your Big Mac sauce. In a bowl, combine ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish. Stir until well combined.
  4. Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce in the center of the tortilla. Top with a portion of the cooked beef, a slice of cheese, a handful of shredded lettuce, diced onions, and pickles.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose all the fillings. Make sure to keep everything secure.
  6. For an extra touch, you can toast the wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
