Description

Bang Bang Chicken Skewers: An Incredible Ultimate Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for additional heat)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Bamboo or metal skewers (if using bamboo, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat well. Allow marinating for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and sriracha. Adjust the sriracha according to your preferred level of spice.
  4. Heat your grill to medium-high temperature, about 375°F (190°C).
  5. Thread marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill, cooking for about 10 minutes. Turn them halfway to ensure even cooking. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Once fully cooked, remove the skewers from the grill. Drizzle them generously with the Bang Bang sauce.
  8. You may garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation.
