Instructions

  2. Stir in the minced garlic and allow it to cook for an additional minute, just until fragrant.
  3. Crumble the ground turkey into the skillet, using a spatula to break it apart. Cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the taco seasoning and black beans into the mixture, seasoning it with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Remove from heat.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Gently toss to mix everything, and season with a pinch of salt to taste. Set this refreshing salsa aside.
