- 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup of pecans, toasted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and chop the cranberries and pecans as needed.
- In a mixing bowl, add the goat cheese and cream cheese.
- Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend the cheeses until they are smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the honey to sweeten the cheese mixture to your liking.
- Gently fold in the chopped cranberries and toasted pecans with a spatula or wooden spoon.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. If you’re using herbs, fold them in after seasoning.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate for about 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
