Whipped Goat Cheese with Cranberries & Pecans: An Amazing Ultimate Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of fresh goat cheese
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and chop the cranberries and pecans as needed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the goat cheese and cream cheese.
  3. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend the cheeses until they are smooth and creamy.
  4. Mix in the honey to sweeten the cheese mixture to your liking.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped cranberries and toasted pecans with a spatula or wooden spoon.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you’re using herbs, fold them in after seasoning.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate for about 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Once chilled, take it out of the fridge, and it’s ready to impress!
