Instructions
- Prepare the Herb Butter: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with finely chopped herbs of your choice. Mix well until fully integrated and set aside.
- Spread the Cream Cheese: Take one tortilla and spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over it, leaving about half an inch from the edges.
- Layer on the Turkey: Place a generous layer of shredded turkey on top of the cream cheese.
- Add the Herb Butter: Spoon dollops of the herb butter onto the turkey, spreading it lightly with a knife for even coverage.
- Top It Off: Add a handful of lettuce leaves and shredded carrots on top of the turkey. Drizzle a thin layer of cranberry sauce over the veggies. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Roll It Up: Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, making sure to keep the filling inside. Tuck in the sides as you continue rolling.
- Slice and Serve: Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas. Slice each wrap into pinwheels or halves, depending on preference.
- Secure with Toothpicks: For easy handling, stick fun toothpicks or colorful skewers into each piece.
