Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the perfect combination of spicy, savory, and downright delicious. These sliders pack all the bold flavors of classic buffalo chicken wings into an easy-to-eat bite, making them a hit for any gathering.

- Slider Buns
- Cheese
- Celery
- Carrots

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: If using rotisserie chicken, shred the meat into bite-sized pieces. If cooking your own, let it cool slightly before shredding.
- Mix with Buffalo Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with your desired amount of buffalo sauce. I usually start with about ½ cup and adjust based on how spicy I want it. Mix until all the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- Toast the Buns: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half and place them on a baking sheet. Lightly brush the cut sides with melted butter, then toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble the Sliders: On the bottom half of each toasted bun, spoon some of the buffalo chicken mixture. Top with your choice of cheese, then place the top half of the bun on.
- Bake the Sliders: Return the assembled sliders to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, add some freshly chopped celery and carrots on top for crunch. Serve with extra buffalo sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping!
