Ninja Creami Peppermint Frosty Protein Ice Cream Recipe

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based, vanilla or chocolate flavor)
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1–2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or zero-calorie sweetener)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
- Greek yogurt or silken tofu (optional, for creamier texture)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of your chosen milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract, and 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener. If you’re using cocoa powder, add it now. Whisk everything together until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Place it in the freezer for about 1-2 hours until it is semi-frozen but not completely solid.
- Once the mixture is at the right consistency, transfer it to the Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and place it in the machine. Select the ‘Ice Cream’ function and let the Ninja work its magic.
- After the cycle is complete, check the texture. If it’s too soft, you can run the ‘Ice Cream’ cycle again. For an even creamier consistency, you may also add a splash more milk and blend again.
- Once you achieve your desired texture, scoop out your Ninja Creami Peppermint Frosty Protein Ice Cream into bowls or cones. Optionally, garnish with crushed peppermint candies or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
