  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream; let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Gently fold in the smoked salmon, lemon juice, and dill; mix until well combined and heated through.
  5. Add the drained linguine to the skillet and toss with reserved pasta water until you reach your desired creaminess.
