Delightful Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (100% pure)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in pumpkin puree and powdered sugar until combined.
- Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gently fold in graham cracker crumbs.
- Cover and chill the mixture for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Roll chilled mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each ball in the chocolate and let excess drip off before placing on parchment paper to set.
