Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (100% pure)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in pumpkin puree and powdered sugar until combined.
  2. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gently fold in graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Cover and chill the mixture for at least 1 hour until firm.
  4. Roll chilled mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each ball in the chocolate and let excess drip off before placing on parchment paper to set.
