  • Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
  7. Place on prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart and bake for 10-12 minutes until soft in the center.
  8. Let cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
