Easy Heart Shaped Quiche for Brunch

- 1 ready-made pie crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh spinach, sautéed
- 1/2 cup feta or cheddar cheese, crumbled/shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mixed veggies (bell peppers, onions)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust into a heart-shaped dish. Trim excess dough while maintaining the shape.
- Sauté spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted (about 3 minutes). Add optional veggies if desired.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Stir in the sautéed veggies and cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
