Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust into a heart-shaped dish. Trim excess dough while maintaining the shape.
  3. Sauté spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted (about 3 minutes). Add optional veggies if desired.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  5. Stir in the sautéed veggies and cheese into the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
