- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta, cooked
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your Crock Pot.
- In a small bowl, mix together Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Generously season the chicken with the spice mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the liquid in the Crock Pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken from the Crock Pot and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the Crock Pot and stir to combine with the creamy sauce.
- If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little more chicken broth or heavy cream until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Serve the creamy Cajun chicken mixture over cooked fettuccine pasta.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
