- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
