- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
- Melt half the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth; let cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and cocoa powder until creamy.
- Fold in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust evenly and chill for about an hour until set.
- Once set, cut into small squares and top with remaining melted chocolate chips and a sprinkle of sea salt before serving.
