Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick; cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold in blueberries without crushing them.
- Place two tablespoons of the mixture onto each pastry rectangle; fold corners to the center and pinch to seal.
- Brush with egg wash for a golden finish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly on a rack before serving.
