Description

Indulge in the romantic decadence of Valentine’s Strawberry White Chocolate Cheesecake Cups. These delightful dessert cups combine a crunchy graham cracker crust with a luscious white chocolate and cream cheese filling, topped with fresh strawberries for a burst of flavor.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into cupcake liners to form the crust.
  2. Bake crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  3. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Add melted white chocolate and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon or pipe the filling into each cooled crust and top with chopped strawberries. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
