- 4 large sub rolls, sliced horizontally
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- ½ lb deli beef
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
- ½ cup sliced pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter with garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the seasoned butter evenly on the cut sides of the sub rolls. On the bottom halves, layer provolone cheese, deli beef, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan. Add baby spinach and sliced pickles, if desired. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Place the assembled sandwiches on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the rolls are lightly golden and heated through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
