Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups Whole Milk
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Liquid Green Food Coloring
- 4 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 tablespoon Heart Sprinkles
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together whole milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the prepared pudding to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined. Stir in green food coloring, adding small amounts until the desired vibrant Grinch-green hue is achieved.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to maintain the light, airy texture.
- Transfer the Grinch Dip to a serving bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and the dip to firm up.
- Before serving, garnish the center of the dip with heart sprinkles, creating the iconic Grinch’s heart. Serve cold with your favorite dippers like graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fresh fruit.
