Description

Easy and delicious Hash Brown Waffles filled with eggs, cheese, and potatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 ounce Package Shredded Hash Browns (refrigerated)
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh chopped chives (plus some for garnishing)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sour cream (for serving, if desired)

Instructions

  1. Heat waffle iron on medium-high. Spray each side with non-stick cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in potatoes, cheese, chives, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop mixture onto the waffle iron, spreading to about 1/2 inch from the edges. Close the waffle iron.
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes, checking to avoid burning. When golden brown, remove with a fork or tongs.
