  5. Combine: Add drained fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat. Stir in spinach and Italian seasoning if using, until spinach wilts.
  6. Serve: Arrange sliced chicken over the creamy pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
