Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups orzo pasta
  • 3 cups chicken broth

  4. Stir in the orzo pasta and toast for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the broccoli florets, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
