- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 cup broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the alfredo sauce. If using broccoli, add it now and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat everything evenly with the sauce.
- Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving your creamy chicken alfredo bake.

- For a quicker meal, use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken.
- Add your favorite vegetables like peas or mushrooms for extra flavor.
