Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes), chopped
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour chicken broth and heavy cream over the chicken.
  3. Season with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
