Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, fresh broccoli florets, and uncooked rice.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken, broccoli, and rice mixture. Stir gently to ensure all ingredients are well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
