Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season each fillet with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add honey and stir until combined. Remove from heat.
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour the Cajun honey butter mixture over the salmon fillets. Ensure each fillet is well-coated.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and serve the salmon immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
