Delicious Baked Cranberry Brie Bites for Any Occasion


Ingredients

  • Brie Cheese
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Puff Pastry
  • Egg Wash (1 egg or almond milk and flour for vegan option)
  • Fresh Rosemary or Thyme (or dried herbs in smaller amounts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares—about 3×3 inches.
  3. Place a small piece of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square and top it with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle herbs on top if using.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry square over the brie and cranberry sauce, pinching to seal.
  5. Beat an egg and brush it over the tops of the pastry bites.
  6. Place the assembled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  7. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
