No Bake Christmas Oreo Lasagna is a festive dessert that combines creamy layers and crunchy Oreos for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping (for topping)
  • 8 Oreo cookies (for topping)
  • Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: Start by crushing about 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with 5 tablespoons of melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat 8 oz of softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth. Gradually add in 1 cup of powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy. Spread this layer over the Oreo crust in your baking dish.
  3. Prepare the Chocolate Pudding: In another bowl, whisk together 2 cups of cold milk and 1 package (3.4 oz) of instant chocolate pudding mix. Continue whisking for about 2 minutes until it thickens. Pour this chocolate layer over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
  4. Add Another Layer of Whipped Topping: Spread another cup of whipped topping over the chocolate pudding layer.
  5. Top with Crushed Oreos: Crush another 8 Oreos and sprinkle them generously on top of the whipped topping. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top for added sweetness and decoration.
